Seriously, these are the worst people you could ever deal with. They have no idea what professionalism means. Their videos tell you the hard drive is faulty, but honestly, don’t deal with them. They haven’t paid any compensation or anything, and none of them even inform you that the hard drive is faulty in the first place. They don’t even respond. Seriously, they’re the worst people.

They destroyed the video (the happiest moments of my life), and when we asked for our money back, they refused to give it to us.

The wedding ended three months ago and I still haven’t received the video. They told me the hard drive was destroyed and everything was lost, and there’s no video of the wedding. They haven’t refunded my money or done anything. May God hold them accountable.

Simply they ruined my day! Almost 80% of the photos are missing, trash videography and summary!!! Terrible experience! If you want to ruin your day , choose them! Ah, you can call over a thousand times and you’ll get no response, only they respond before the wedding and if they have an installment! I have waited for almost 3 months to get my photos and all I got very bad quality video, summary and around 20 unprofessional wedding pictures!

Very nice and responsive before the wedding, terrible experience after the wedding no response, delay in photos and videos, you have to call 100 times, photos are bad, photographer was missing in the family photos, not recommended
