I would not recommend this vendor to any bride.
My experience was extremely disappointing. We agreed on many details in advance, and I had clear expectations based on our discussions, but what was delivered on the wedding day was far from what was promised.
The entrance décor was one of the biggest disappointments. The quantity of flowers and decorative materials was noticeably less than what we had agreed upon, making the setup look sparse and unfinished. The overall execution lacked the quality and impact that had been presented to us during the planning stage.
To make matters worse, some decorative elements were broken and damaged during the event, which was unacceptable for a wedding setup. The materials used appeared to be of poor quality, and the final result looked significantly different from what had been promised.
Also when I contacted them after my wedding complaining they didn’t reply back to my messages .

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Novia & Novio Wedding Decoration. They were a complete disappointment. The quality of service was shockingly low and not at all what we had requested. Despite clear instructions and expectations, nothing was executed properly. Communication was poor, and when problems arose, they were completely unhelpful.
Wrong color pallete. Very low quality and unclean flowers and not the colors we requested. The worst dance floor with cheap material and again not what we chose. Wrong sign spelling. Very cold reactions to everything they did wrong and I was doing things by myself to help the situation from 3:30 till 7 and wasn’t able to be with my sister in the bridal room and the photoshoot to finish the unfinished work they did. Plus we were supposed to have the hall ready at 4:30 and wasn’t ready except at 7 and the wedding reception starts 7!!
Instead of offering solutions, they ignored our concerns and failed to make any meaningful adjustments. The lack of problem-solving and attention to detail made a stressful time even worse. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will truly help make your day special, look elsewhere. We regret hiring them and wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.
