I swear to God, this is the worst bank in the world, not just in Egypt. I absolutely do not recommend it. There is no customer service whatsoever, and no one cares about your problem or tries to solve it. The employees only make things worse and freeze your account for no reason. My sincere advice is, don’t deal with this bank, or any bank worse.

The worst banking experience anyone could ever have. The customer service at both Blom and ABC is abysmal. They don’t even bother to think of solutions; it’s just a phrase they’ve memorized, unfortunately. I wouldn’t advise anyone to risk their money and peace of mind with a bank of this terrible standard.

ABC Bank is a very reputable bank, and its branches are usually empty and not very crowded because they don’t usually have many customers. In this area, there are other banks like QNB and CIB. One of them, similar to CIB, has two branches next to each other: one for regular customers and one for shipping agencies. I think the bank needs to spend more on its advertising to attract customers or investors, and perhaps offer discounts to encourage people to choose it.
