This bank has employees who are completely incompetent and rude, with appalling treatment. Complaints have been filed with the Central Bank and the Prime Minister’s office regarding this branch.

The Principal Bank for Agricultural Development in Shallalat is one of the important branches in Alexandria, offering banking and financing services related to agricultural activities and supporting small projects. The location is well-organized, the staff are very helpful, and it’s generally not very crowded. However, it would be beneficial to increase the number of service windows during peak hours to facilitate service.

The Agricultural Development and Credit Bank’s primary mission is to provide long-term and short-term loans at low interest rates to farmers to help them purchase agricultural inputs and, most importantly, to provide the necessary liquidity for purchasing strategic food products from farmers, such as wheat and cotton. The bank has numerous branches throughout Egypt and is one of the most important banks supporting the Egyptian agricultural economy.
