The new location is not as good as the one in smouha, toilet is not good and the locker as well be said the space of the gym is not comfy
Crumble
The place is really bad, the medical quality is almost non-existent. I went there because I had a back injury. The doctor there told me it’s just a muscle strain and said I should do some stretching and come for 5 sessions, each costing 400 EGP, to get better. I did exactly 3 sessions and saw no improvement—actually, it got worse. So I told the physiotherapy doctor that I wasn’t feeling any better, and what did he do? He said he’d give me acupuncture for 100 EGP. Of course, at that time, I still believed it was just a severe strain, based on what the doctor said, so I agreed. And obviously, it did nothing, because two days later I went to another doctor who did the proper tests and discovered that I had a muscle tear, not just a strain. That’s why it hadn’t improved for a month. Not to mention, they don’t answer messages or even calls, except once every 6 hours. Extremely bad experience.

From start to finish, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly knowledgeable staff and great customer service doing his best to afford suitable appointments according to my daughter’s schedules

Edit: this place has more than doubled its prices and I don’t think they have increased the pay for any employees. I stopped getting massages as often due to these practices.
Noaman took such great care of me when I came! the clinic was so clean and professional, the concierge was helpful and I was able to walk in and get an amazing massage within just a few minutes. My ankle was also injured and he took special care to work on the parts of me which needed attention.
