I had a sleeve gastrectomy at this hospital in September last year. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, especially regarding billing and transparency.
After the surgery, I was pressured to stay an extra day without a clear medical reason. It felt like this was done mainly to add additional service and accommodation charges to my bill.
I also faced a lack of transparency when it came to the final invoice. The costs were not clearly explained, and extra charges appeared without proper justification.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering this hospital to be very careful. Make sure you get a detailed, itemized bill in advance and confirm all costs before agreeing to any procedure to avoid unexpected charges. id-iots
