In the morning I came to take the tests, no one was there… I waited for half an hour for the lab technician to come. The tests were not sent to WhatsApp, I had to go and pick them up again at night, the workers are negligent in their work. I will never do tests like that again

Avoid at all costs.
Absolute waste of time, no adherence to prior reserved appointments, no respect for patients time, zero customer service, very clearly understaffed place. If I could rate 0, I would.

For the appointment of the prof dr , it takes the patient weeks to get an appointment and when it is taken the center gives appointment so far which leads that the mri requested can not be provided during the dr’s visit.
According to I had to search for another centre which makes it possible to get the mri with me during the visit !!!
