Anba Takla New Hospital

My experience with this hospital was deeply disappointing and heartbreaking. There appears to be a stronger focus on financial gain than on genuine patient care. I observed a concerning tendency to refer patients to private clinics instead of providing adequate on-site treatment. In my father’s case, there was a serious lack of professional follow-up and insufficient attention to his medical history. Tragically, this negligence contributed to his passing. This raises grave concerns about the hospital’s priorities and overall standards of care. I sincerely hope that no other family has to endure what we did.

My experience with this hospital was unfortunately one of the worst I’ve had, and it caused me immense pain. I felt that their entire focus was on money, not on the patients’ health. They tried by any means to refer patients to their private clinics instead of properly monitoring their condition within the hospital. In my father’s case, may God have mercy on him, there was no proper follow-up or even attention to his medical history, and this was a major reason for the deterioration of his condition, which unfortunately ended in his death. What happened to us shouldn’t happen to anyone else, and there needs to be a real review of the level of care they provide. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone.
