I tried eating at Fathallah Kitchen and the experience was truly excellent . The food tasted great and was perfectly prepared, and the prices were reasonable for the quality.
The place itself is inside the mall, very large and well-organized, and you’ll really find everything you could possibly need under one roof.

They have everything you can imagine for the best prices. Organic chicken for 150egyptian pounds…bread flour.. freshly ground peanut butter made in the market itself…delicious fresh juice. Best time to go is 8:30am or 9 am

I had a really bad experience at Fathallah in Smouha. The place is extremely dirty, the service is terrible, and even the cashiers keep making mistakes. More than once I discovered after reaching home that items were scanned twice and I ended up paying double. When I called customer service, they were completely unhelpful.
I also used to think this supermarket had the cheapest prices, but that’s just a myth—it’s actually more expensive than many others in Alexandria.
On top of that, after seeing how they store their products, I can confidently say this is one of the worst supermarkets in the city. I won’t be going back, and I definitely don’t recommend it to anyone.
