I called many times, but the phone was never answered.

No one ever answers the phone. I sent an inquiry about subscribing to the company, and I was supposed to receive a response within a business day, but my inquiry was completely ignored. Their customer service is terrible. I do not recommend dealing with them or investing your money with them; you won’t find anyone to answer you or help you.
