Mortgage Finance Fund

It’s terrible. I applied for an early payment for my apartment five months ago to lift the lien, and every time I go there, no one answers. They tell me to complain on the page, and I did that a month ago, and nothing has happened. They’re just assigning people and making things easier for themselves, and no one is actually working at all.

The worst place ever! They don’t help anyone, and the employees are completely indifferent. One employee told me, “This is all I know,” and then just let me go, as if I were tied up. Even the way they spoke was like a street thug; he just said anything to get me to leave. May God punish them for holding us up like this. May God show them the same in their lives. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
