The best thing about Bank Misr, Ausim branch, is its patient customers (may God grant them even more patience!) and the helpful security guard.

It’s crowded, just two rooms and a waiting area, and the customer service lacks experience with the computer. Each customer waits for more than half an hour.
There are only two customer service computers, and they’re always learning. This is definitely the worst branch of Bank Misr.
