Update: After a second visit, I’m lowering the rating because the place played festival music, even though its music selection was better before.
It’s a very good and relatively quiet place… contrary to what you’d expect from a place for young people and billiards. The atmosphere is truly relaxing and respectful; there’s no noise from the players, and both adults and children play. There’s a nice, mutually respectful atmosphere, and even the music is tasteful and not noisy like in other places. The prices are reasonable. Perhaps the only downside to the experience is the lack of mobile network coverage, except for Vodafone, based on my experience!

The service was terrible. Let me tell you what happened. My friends and I went there and booked a PlayStation 5. We found two broken controllers and no charger. We were having a birthday party for a friend, and they told us no food was allowed. We were about to leave when the guy told us it was 120 Egyptian pounds for service. He tricked us because when we paid for two hours, he said the total was 220 pounds (200 for two hours of PlayStation 5 and 20 pounds for two small bottles of water). So, it wasn’t the service he was talking about. If I could give him half a pound, I would.

As much as I like the other photo’s of this place I think in my truthfulness the place is quite worn down. Not to give it a bad review but I think its a decent place where you want to hang out with your friends and all. They have rooms full of entertainment at least from those billiards boards to gaming rooms and they also have ping-pong rooms; that’s an interesting one for sure. Food wise during that time i visit, they dont have any foods but the drinks are quite tasty so if you’re thirsty you can order them and they also have free WiFi.
