I was very pleased with the doctors there, especially Dr. Mina, and I repeated the experience. I’ve decided I won’t go to any other clinic.
They handled my concerns about Simba, my cat, very well when he was sick. They did their best, and they’re truly skilled. Also, when I needed to get my big cat, Pony, shaved, they knew how to handle him without anesthesia or anything, especially since he’s a nervous cat by nature, but he felt comfortable with them. I’m truly happy. May God always bless them. ❤🌹

The worst experience i’ve had in a veterinary clinic to date, my dog went into the clinic with an ear infection, Dr. Mina didn’t examine the ear with an otoscope and instead he just wiped it with a piece of cotton and told me it is a mild ear infection and went on to prescribe a short course of prednisone and sipocort, after i stopped the prednisone course with one day exactly as prescribed my dog developed facial paralysis on the side of the infected ear, for honesty’s sake I am not claiming that the clinic directly caused this as i do not know but I believe the ear problem may not have been fully assessed. I also had a discussion with doctor mina about giving my dog a specific dosage of a anti-histamine prescribed by another vet which i double checked to be in the safe range mutliple times and Dr. Mina kept arguing about it not being the correct dosage and that the correct dosage was 10X the amount although i kept explaining he was thinking about the wrong concentration but him and the other vets in the clinic were very adamant he was correct, that is not very reassuring and have i not knew he was wrong and followed blindly that dosage it would’ve definitely been a toxic emergency. This was my first time visiting the clinic and there won’t be a second visit for sure. Definitely not recommended!
All due respect to your 14 years of experience dr. Mina you are just proving my point with your dismissive response, i was using zyrtec 1% solution not the kids 0.1% concentration as i explained 1000 times in the clinic which is 10 mgs/ml and my dog is 27 kg which is about 3 mls dose , you kept arguing that that the correct dosage was 30 mls which is 300 mgs, i double checked this myself and with 3 other vets!
