The apartment is very clean and spacious, and the location is excellent, close to everything you need. The furniture is well-arranged and comfortable, and everything is provided. It’s a truly luxurious experience; the apartment is much better than the photos, and the owner, Mr. Hatem, is extremely respectful and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The place is very clean, the apartment is beautiful, and the view is amazing. It’s right on the beach. The owner is very attentive and ensures the client’s comfort. Honestly, he’s a very respectable person who follows up with the client from the moment they arrive until they leave.

The apartment’s location is very convenient – a gorgeous beach right outside the windows and beyond the red Montazah Bridge, Montazah Park (entrance 200 lira), and a real two-story discount hypermarket, Gomla Market. I recommend the apartment as an excellent base camp for water activities, meditation in the royal gardens, exploring the local contemporary culture, and practical shopping.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. The view is so amazing that I don’t even need to go to the beach. For me, it’s better than hotels I’ve stayed in that were more expensive. The cleanliness is excellent, and the furniture is almost new. God willing, it will always be my go-to place in Alexandria.
