Take a number from the first window on your right and keep waiting, but make sure first you have all the right documents as it happened to me 3 times I keep waiting for my number and at the window he tells me to bring documents they didn’t say anything about when you ask at the beginning.
The officers there are very helpful though.

My experience was Excellent I went early morning at 8 am and finished my passport renewal transaction in 30 minutes
In next day i went to old police head office in Abu Durdar area to collect my passport.
Overall I am so glad and happy for such super and fast service in Egypt my home country ❤️

professional and active, starting from the security at the main gate to the window services until the paper receiving. They are well organized, I took less than 10 minutes to register then came back after an hour to take my papers. I really appreciate their kindness even they handle alot of people in different languages …. Keep the good work
