Place is fine. Wifi is ubstable and unreliable which takes 1 star off, however mobile coverage is excellent (Vodafone) so hotspot was the way to go.
The reason I took another star off is that I was offered a meeting room to work from (privately) at a higher rate compared to regular shared space desk as they were fully booked. 2 hrs into the day and I was surprised with 2 people entering the meeting room and the response was when I questioned it is that this is now a shared space.

BUT
the internet is not stable at all
and it’s more expensive than most coworking spaces (50 EGP/ hour, 100 EGP you stayed more than hour)

It has a Lecturers rooms
And it’s good for Events or recording videos or photoshoot
