Be careful when booking this property.
Be aware that only a bare apartment is provided.
In our recent experience:
– no towels
– no toilet soap
– no toilet paper
– no trash liners/plastic bags
– no drinking water
– no tissue box
– no coffee/tea bags
– dusty furniture and rugs
– some remote controls do not have battery
– one room has no remote for the aircond
-we have to pay extra for the weak wifi
The property owner was not responsive to our enquiries. The remote control and batteries were not provided until the end of our stay. The wifi password provided ( for an extra fee) on the third day did not work. The second wifi was very weak hardly reaching 100 kb/s.
The staff are not properly trained, lack knowledge and have poor communication skills, even when dealing with our Egyptian guide.

what i liked:
1- Just WOW. Apartment location is magical, the view is breathtaking, the hospitality is beyond expectation (Thank you so much Dr. Marina).
2- check in was easy and exactly on time (2PM), not a lot of paperwork involved, the Janitors were 2 nice ladies, met us and handed the keys, took our IDs and brought them back in 5 min.
3- Apartment was super clean, new bed sheets, towels (25 EGP per one during your staying). TV is working, all air conditioners are working well. WIFI is available for extra fee (50 EGP per day). in the kitchen there is a gas stove, a refrigerator, kettle, and a microwave.
4- Apartment is really spacious, could take up to 7 people easily (very convenient for family vacation), Value for money? are you kidding me!! TOTALLY WORTH IT. honestly until now I don’t believe the price for 1 night in such apartment.
what i Disliked:
not a lot to say, i even dare to say that it didn’t bother me at all, but for the sake of improvement, i will mention it anyway.
1- kitchen ought to be equipped better with basic Kitchenware like diches, cups, and soap etc. and someone should take a look at the microwave, it’s working but not heating the food.
2- furniture is to be repaired and maintained. i had a feeling the sofa in the living room was about to break, same as the bed in the master room.
other than that, everything else was perfect.

Best place ever!! With the affordable price we got a big house! 3 rooms. 2 toilets. Very comfortable!! The location was strategic Even not get the truly sea view, just from beside, but I’m very satisfied!! If u want get sea view, request the higher level of the room. I got room level 5 not to much view. I could give 5 stars, but just a little bit disappointed because the wifi was not working. They said it have some issues. If the wifi working fine, i will give 5 stars. Maybe next time i will come again, and hope the wifi will okay.

The apartment is big enough for large family travelling together. The people were kind and responding to my requests. The balcony view was great. All the rooms have air conditions. It fits up to six adults and four children. It includes 3 rooms, two bathrooms, large living room, one kitchen and 2 balconies (one big and one small). The kitchen includes stove, oven, washing machine, kettle, mugs, plates, etc. The photos can say more about the view. My only concern is that few things need change. You will enjoy your stay there and go back again.
