I expect the price of an apartment in this location to be no less than 12 million Egyptian pounds, given the capabilities and the huge and luxurious cost of this neighborhood, which will be one of the newest and most prestigious residential neighborhoods in Smouha, and indeed in all of Alexandria. It is adjacent to the new Alexandria University buildings, the International Coastal Road, the Cairo Road, the new metro, railway lines, and Nozha Airport. At its center is a social and sports club, almost identical to the current Smouha Club, but more prestigious, modern, and beautiful, with views from every room of the residences overlooking the stunning natural scenery, sports, recreational and commercial fields.
