Counselor Mahmoud welcomed us with great courtesy and waited until he was sure we had arrived safely. He and the young men were waiting for us at the building entrance, and they delivered our luggage to our apartment door. We were treated with the utmost kindness and respect, and provided with everything we needed, including information, comfort, and a sense of security. The apartment itself was tidy, clean, and pleasantly scented. It contained all the information you could need about Alexandria, such as the names of tourist attractions and famous restaurants – things you won’t find in other places. It was even nicer and cleaner than a five-star hotel.

This fantastic apartment looks like a hotel with all the facilities of apartment such as oven, washing machine, iron, and kettle. Moreover, it is specious and clean. Also, the location is good. The Owner of this apartment Mr. Mahmoud is very nice man.
