It is a building consisting of three interconnected towers, each with its own separate entrance. Apartments are available for rent and purchase. Two of the towers face directly onto the sea, and each has two apartments per floor: one with a full sea view, and the other with a balcony and one bedroom, also with a sea view.
The third tower connects the first two and is divided internally into three apartments per floor.

Whenever I go to Alexandria with my family, I stay in one of the furnished apartments there. The apartments I stay in overlook the sea, and they are clean and spacious, but they are not cheap for a small number of people, but they are comfortable.
