I hosted 3 workshops there and met clients for 1:1 sessions. The place has great potential but it is not yet up to scratch. Simple things like cleanliness. As a paying customer I didn’t expect to have to pick up rubbish off the floor or wipe coffee stains off tables an hour before my workshop was due to start and while participants are arriving. The one on one room was very dirty and fill with the smell of cigarettes. The wifi was a struggle to obtain for online participants and the code disconnected while in the middle of a workshop. These required some organising and a simple consideration of certain standards.

Good value to money.
They have 2 many options, outdoor shared spaces, indoor shared spaces, meeting rooms, small offices and much more.
I tried the indoor shared rooms. It costs 20 LE/ hour. The air conditioning is good, the place is clean, each table has at least a plug outlet.
Internet is also available free of cost. It is okay for browsing but don’t try to uae it for downloads. The internet speed varied between 2.15 to 2.5 Mb/s.
They need to have an option for higher internet speed even if it were to be for an additional cost.

People are so friendly, nice and calm. 🤝
The place is good but they don’t have 3in1 Nescafe 😒
I sit in the open area and indoor is even cooler.
The only thing that I have concern about is the internet quota; only 1.5 GB!
