May God punish them, they are in a bad place.

Although 4C claims to be professional at what they do, they are in fact as far away from professionalism as possible. I had a terrible experience dealing with them and would never advise anyone to encounter such a misfortune as mine.
In a nutshell, they made me an offer on a resale of a property and after payment, I realized I was being charged an extra 102K LE. When I confronted them, they said it was a mistake from the secretary on their side but refused to reimburse the difference to correct the situation. The manager was not polite or understanding at all and said “humans make mistakes” and I have to accept this.
I find this totally unacceptable and I learnt an expensive lesson. Please be careful if you ever have to deal with 4C ever. I certainly wouldn’t!!!
Shame on you!
