I love the place I did with Somaia and I love her work so much although it was my first time.

If there were a rating lower than one star, I would have given it.
The prices are ridiculously high. I got a pedicure and manicure without polish—just a basic cleaning for two people, without even removing the cuticles. Just a basic cut and clean, less than basic. 2700 Egyptian pounds?! Why?! However, the receptionist was rude and disrespectful. She wrote down on my bill that I had done things I didn’t. When I finished, I asked the receptionist how much it was, and she said 800 Egyptian pounds. I asked the second receptionist the same question to make sure, and she said the same thing. My husband had already paid before I even finished. I went to check the bill with the receptionist, and she told me that these were the prices, and that I had a foot peel and other things. She was trying to convince me that everything had a price, but it was just a soak, a nail trim, and something like a hand scrub. Plus, my husband refused to remove the cuticles. I wish I had seen other people’s reviews before going there; I wouldn’t have gone. Honestly, my experience with them was terrible.

No one smiles at this salon. The receptionist greets you with a cold face, as if you’re not welcome. I went for a massage, and the therapist was good.
They charged me more than the price list. They send you one price, and after the service, they charge a completely different, higher price.
