5 Beauty Spa

Probably one of the worst and non legitimate massages I’ve ever had. The masseuse didn’t know what she was doing, felt very amateur. The same song played on repeat for 50 minutes. There were no sheets,
instead there was this blue thin cover that doctors/hospitals use, and I was only given a medium sized towel to cover myself, no sheets no nothing.
Also, I told her to focus on my back but by the time she was done and she told me to turn around there was 10 minutes left. Will give her the benefit of the doubt since I asked her to focus on my back but I don’t believe 10 minutes for the front is good enough.
The room smelled stuffy, didn’t not smell like a spa, and the oils used on me smelled borderline expired.
The only good thing was that the receptionist and the masseuse were professional and it was easy to book, but I would never recommend this place.

My experience at 5 Spa Cairo was exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed, understood, and genuinely cared for.

The woman at reception deserves special acknowledgement. She was not only helpful and articulate, but also deeply attentive. She listened carefully as I explained my sensitive skin conditions, and I felt genuinely heard by her. The guidance she offered was thoughtful and helped me choose the treatments that would be the most suitable for my needs. Thanks to her insight and the care of the entire team, I didn’t have a single skin flare-up during any of my services — something that rarely happens for me.

Each treatment I received — half-arm waxing, complete bikini waxing, the premium Moroccan bath, a full body massage, and a premium manicure and pedicure with a gel finish — was carried out by a different specialist. Every one of these women treated me with warmth, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to my comfort.

The waxing services were handled with a level of dignity and consideration that I deeply appreciated. They moved with confident technique, ensured that I felt at ease, and maintained my privacy throughout.

The Moroccan bath was thorough and revitalising, delivered with steady, assured movements that left my skin feeling truly renewed.
The full body massage was deeply calming and well-balanced, easing tension & relieving my tiredness without ever feeling rushed.

I want to give particular acknowledgement to the woman who performed my manicure and pedicure. Her level of skill was extraordinary — precise, careful, and truly artistic. She worked with a quiet focus and a clear dedication to achieving a flawless result, paying attention to every detail without ever compromising gentleness. Her work stood out, not above the others, but as an example of exceptional talent within a team that was already operating at a very high standard.

I also want to recognise the women who tended to the environment around me. They maintained the spa in immaculate condition, always present but never intrusive, consistently warm, and offering friendly smiles whenever they passed. Their care created a peaceful atmosphere that carried through every part of my visit.

The entire experience was carried out with respect, discretion, and a genuine sense of care. It was hygienic, attentive, and delivered with a standard of professionalism I have rarely encountered — including in Australia. I left feeling completely relaxed, well looked after, and sincerely grateful for the quality of service I received.

Every woman working at 5 Spa Cairo deserves commendation from the owners for their professionalism, dedication, and mastery in their chosen fields. Their skill, integrity, and care are what make the spa the remarkable place that it is. I wish to thank each of them from the bottom of my heart.
