The hospital’s care was very average, but Ms. Radwa was very supportive of me while I was a guest. I received good treatment, and I hope all staff members will pay more attention to patients.

My mother, after a lot of running around to get the insurance papers, was admitted to the hospital to have the fatwa operation. She had it, and two months later her stomach swelled. After a lot of running around, the doctors outside and the blood and fluids that had collected in her stomach were drained. She got very hot and over long periods of time, until we went to a surgeon who said that she had to undergo surgery. After the operation, it became clear that Dr. Ibn al-Halal in the hospital had forgotten a piece of gauze in her stomach, and she was the one who was doing it. A collection of blood and pus, which is what tired her and made her hot.
