Service is good but the cost is very high compared to what was done

Also the diagnostic done by the engineer is very shallow and more than 50% of what he noted was wrong , he mentioned a lot of parts are leaking and need replacement, which was not true only one part out of all he mentioned was truely leaking, everything else was a false positive .

Besides this , the engineer was very arrogant with his opinions , not discussing anything and assuming he is super right , which is very bad for an engineer ( I would expect that from a junior engineer who just graduated).

My advice to the garage , your service is good but you need to review your prices , it’s unreasonable

And for the engineer, learn to be humble , and also true engineering is about testing , and relying on solid evidence, and crafting solutions that make sense , not just remove that, put that .

The center is exceptional in the quality of service, equipment, technology, and staff. Did not wait for long, and the service time was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We need to develop the following:
1- consider prices of spare parts
2- Air Conditioners maintenance
