Disgusting place, has only one place available for showers, had me wait 45 minutes just to tell me that the dogs hair is too long and the machine doesnt work

It hurts me to write this review because I really liked this shop and trusted them a lot. But yesterday I bought a few of those creamy treat sticks for my cats, and when I opened them what came out was a brown liquid and a mushy paste separately, like when you buy milk then when you pour it it’s water and clumps. The cats were disgusted by the smell and luckily didn’t take even one lick (I was worried it might harm them).
I went back to the shop today and told them what happened. They refused to refund me for the opened packet saying they can’t return it to the manufacturer because it’s been opened. It really baffles me how they expect a customer to know a product is faulty without opening the packet. Anyway, the branch manager Mr. Tareq said he’ll speak to the management and try to solve this issue.
I’m hoping this will be resolved because I do really like this shop and have been a loyal customer for a long time. I feel almost betrayed. I’ll keep this review up until this issue is resolved.
