My favorite coffee in Mersa Matruh ♥️

The young waitress was sweet and tried really hard to help us (necessary, as there was no menu in English). Mojito drinks were nice, but food took a long time and was nearly cold when it arrived. Quality was meh; the cordon bleu chicken looked and tasted insufficiently cooked.

– Took forever for the food to be served. even though the place wasn’t busy at all. at 4 pm was only us there and 1 other table of 2 and a creepy-looking undercover-cup-style man
– Waitress came few times telling me that whatever i ordered is not available at the moment, which is very strange since she is working here and should know what is available and what’s not.
– Food wasn’t that tasty after all.
– The place itself is quite nice, if you compare it to other places in Mersa Metrouh in general. still quite expensive for their level of service and the quality of the menu.

Service was awful. And the atmosphere was even worse. There was extremely loud music the whole time. We asked them to turn it down a little a few times and we were ignored. We ordered some coffee and it took over an hour and a half just to have it served. In the end it was way too sweet and we couldn’t even drink it. Also half of the things on the menu weren’t available. Just awful. Won’t be coming here again any time soon. Such a waste of time.

Very nice place, the staff are helpful and their burger and crispy chicken sandwiches are really nice. I also took Pepsi with cheryy shot and it was delightful. The music was a little bit loud but the overall experience is great plus they have outdoor and indoor places to stay so it is totally recommended.
