I absolutely do not recommend these shops. The prices are inconsistent, and there’s no price list for customers to see, unlike any respectable salon. I had an incident at the Winston branch where I was robbed, and I couldn’t find anyone in charge to file a complaint with, as I would at any respectable salon. What I understand is that the owners are the ones allowing the employees to steal under the guise of “commission.” I hope consumer protection agencies will do their job.
