I don’t recommend dealing with them based on my experience.
I bought a Citroën car.
It has a dent in the door, and nobody told me about it.
The wireless charger isn’t included.
When I asked about it, they said it comes with this model, even though they made a video of the car showing it.
Then, a month later, the price of the higher-end model dropped by 250,000 Egyptian pounds less than what I bought.
The customer service is terrible, and the bank they deal with is even worse.
Be careful, don’t deal with Abaza Hurghada.
