I had a great Thai massage by an expert. The masseuse knows exactly what she’s doing. The place has a nice and relaxing ambiance.

My complaint would be the booking system. I came on time but had to wait for an hour until it was my turn, which is definitely not acceptable for the service I was willing to pay for. I asked for a 2-hour Thai massage, but the receptionist informed there was only a one-hour slot tonight, even though I had already lost an hour just waiting. I hope they can come up with a more professional and efficient booking system in the future.

I am from Thailand, the land of Thai massage. So it’s a bit concerning that the receptionists have a shaky knowledge about the differences between Thai/Swedish/deep tissue massages and asked me a question about the “strength” I wanted at the payment before going in. She thinks a Thai massage is about “stretching”, and if I want a “hard” Thai massage, that means a deep tissue or Swedish massage. In fact, any type of massage can be from just light and relaxing to really pushing deep and hard. The questions I got was incorrect on so many levels. Anyone who has experiences with getting a massage before would be very confused by this interaction. Most importantly, the receptionists cannot be giving advise to customers with incorrect information about the different types of massage, because the customer will end up getting the type of massage they didn’t intend for in the first place!

I’m still giving this business a five-star rating despite the difficult time I had in the beginning. I support the hard work and honest work the Thai masseuses are putting in at this business.
