Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Mr Mohamed Ahmed on the call center and Mr Diaa the representative who takes the sample both are really professional, punctual and supportive.

Worst lab, so unprofessional
The dr put the needle in both of my hands it was really really painful and finally took like two drops of blood, and the results came out wrong!!!! I sent it to my dr he said that the numbers are totally wrong

This lab is a complete failure!
They can’t even take samples from a newborn baby, and they said the results are on the website and to log in with this username and password.
We tried logging in, but the page wouldn’t open.
We called their hotline, but they didn’t answer.
We called the phone number, and they said they’d send a WhatsApp message, but we waited three hours for it.
They’re useless at both taking samples and transferring numbers.
It’s absolutely terrible!
