CHILDREN UNFRIENDLY,
My son is 6 years old, the dedicated coach doesn’t show up most of the time or we always wait for long time sessions starts 30 & 45 min late
When the coach show up he is really very aggressive with lids name is Sony
When they get the kids a substitute coach he is not qualified to treat kids in first place, his name is Bayoumi. he is frowned & yelling at them all the time
Last time they put my son among others in a very very tiny room, he kept banging against the mirror wall, he was hit by another kid and kept calling for the coach saying someone hit me & the coach not answering for 4 times I was watching from the class open window
Summary:
Coaches yelling and aggressive with children and don’t listen to them or protect them while class, child endangering by putting them in tiny space with a mirror wall, tardiness and no show is a regular behavior, no professional management team to handle this chaos or deal properly with the clients
