I dealt with the branch in my city, and the branch manager, Mr. …, and the customer service employee, Mr. …, unfortunately, there was absolutely no information or anyone trained in banking procedures. It was the worst banking service I’ve ever experienced. Honestly, I can’t believe this is a bank. Unfortunately, my money is there, and I wasted a tremendous amount of time trying to understand the negligence and lack of communication from the bank staff. In short, this can’t be a bank, and these aren’t bank employees.

This branch is terrible. The wait time was an hour and a half, even though I arrived at 8:40 AM and waited all that time just to see customer service.

Be aware of that bank
Fees are crazy and illogical and nobody tells you about it in advance
Monthly fees for accounts and expensive fees whenever you enter the bank, for deposits and withdrawals even your breath inside branches!!
Fees and commissions without customer approval or notification and complications everywhere

There is a difference between commercial bank and legalized steal
