This experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. After waiting for around 1.5 hours, our turn finally came. As we were walking from the waiting area at the clinic door to the doctor’s office inside, the doctor’s nurse let the patient after us go in instead, claiming that we were “late” — which is completely untrue and unreasonable.
After that, things only got worse. The clinic started prioritizing patients coming in for sessions, allowing them to enter continuously, while we were completely ignored. We are now approaching 4 hours of waiting, and we are still sitting here with no clear order or respect for appointment times.
The staff behavior is careless, unprofessional, and shows zero respect for patients’ time. The organization is chaotic, and patients are treated unfairly. I am writing this review while still inside the clinic, still waiting.
This place is extremely poorly managed and absolutely not recommended.
