This is one of the worst companies you could ever deal with. We bought an apartment with delivery in 2023, and to this day there’s still no delivery. They increased our fees, and there’s still no commitment whatsoever.

Don’t buy from them, guys. They’re late with the delivery and asking for extra money. I don’t know how to resolve the issue or get my money back. I swear to God, you’ll be in a real mess with the money you paid. I know that money represents your life savings and years of hard work. God is my witness.
