I went there in Ramadan at iftar time, the staff aren’t friendly at all like they don’t smile or make you feel welcomed at all, also the quality of food was so bad, the chicken has a lot of spices & it was very dry that you need to drink something so you can chew it easily, also the price comparing to the size & quality isn’t matching at all as there’s many places in the same area of this restaurant that give you bigger size & better quality with almost same price.

Although the place is nice but the food was not that good( the Shawarma taste was not good , the negresco and the polo special pasta were very un digested) the customer service could be better than this!

The food was extremely salty and a little too much oil. Their service was pretty quick. I think they have pre-made rice that was old. The chicken was fresh but I could only eat half of it at best. I wouldn’t eat here again. Nor do I recommend it. The garlic sauce was okay, but that’s standard in Egypt.
