Worst overpriced services. I did a blow dry with a girl she was completely unprofessional. She had no idea how to handle hair, was pulling my hair way too hard, and had a rude attitude my hair looked terrible afterward

They are not professional and have no idea how to properly do a hair protein treatment. There are many areas where my hair wasn’t straightened at all. Basically, I paid money for nothing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get this treatment there… they will only damage your hair.

Worst service ever experienced.
Just went to remove my gel nail extensions. The woman didn’t know what she was doing. Was trying to remove the gel polish with my nail attached to it. Didn’t care that I was screaming in pain. I told her that that’s not how it’s supposed to be removed. She went on to blame it on the way it was done from the first placed. After begging her to use acetone, she kept it on for 2 mins. telling me that it’s not the way to remove it and begad to file down my whole nail. 2 nails are completely filed with my skin showing.
I left mid session as I couldn’t handle the pain and her bad attitude.
Wouldn’t reccomend.
