The hospital has very unusual payment policies for foreigners. They insist on being paid in US dollars, and they almost never have change. They also refuse to return the difference in Egyptian pounds, and paying by isn’t accepted. Several times I went to pay and they didn’t have my change, and in the end I just left the money because there were no solutions and no willingness to help. For these reasons, I don’t recommend this hospital for foreigners when it comes to payment.
