Honestly, they don’t deserve a single star. This unethical and unscrupulous company deserves to be shut down. May God hold them accountable a thousand times over for the awful treatment they gave me, my elderly mother, and my siblings at Cairo Airport last night. Our flight was at night, and their driver, who has no conscience, was terribly late, even though we had informed them of the flight time and number and had even called him before takeoff. As soon as we arrived at Cairo Airport, he kept lying and being rude, claiming he was at the airport. If it weren’t for some kind people who helped us get back to Alexandria, we would have been in a terrible situation. I’m writing this review so that no one else deals with this fraudulent company and isn’t fooled by their high ratings from other people, as happened to me.
