This company has absolutely no credibility. They called me when I was reserving a unit and told me to quickly transfer the money or I’d lose the unit, claiming it was a prime location. When I actually transferred the money, and the lawyer was reviewing the contract, he found it was 80% in the company’s favor, completely depriving the buyer of their rights. I told them I wouldn’t proceed because the contract was flawed. The salesperson kept calling, as did her manager and the CEO, asking what they wanted and promising to amend it. They wanted me to pay the remaining down payment before they could finalize the contract. They explained that if I backed out after signing, they would deduct 10% of the unit’s value, which was essentially the entire down payment. I had already transferred the reservation money just a few hours earlier because the lawyer confirmed the contract was incorrect, and I withdrew from the purchase. Now, after requesting a refund, I’ve been running around for a month and a half, getting daily responses asking how many days it will take. I need the transfer receipt from the company’s accounts. The bank has no one sending me anything to my personal account, and frankly, it’s the height of obstruction.
It’s so bad I been 3 years trying to get my apartment and every time I ask when I can move in they say someone gonna call gonna call u I sign my contract 2020 and I should move in 2023 until now nothing happened without any explanation
