This place and company are scams, thieves, and liars. A contract was signed for a unit in 2019, with delivery supposed to be at the end of 2022. However, the unit wasn’t completed until 2024, and full services haven’t been connected yet. A lawsuit was filed against them to stop payments due to the inconsistency, and they refuse to hand over the unit until all services are fully connected. They are scammers who don’t want to deliver and want money to keep coming in, even though they’re years behind schedule. This is a violation of the contract and the law. Scene 7 is a failed project and a failed company.
