3 hours checkup , high price for only checking without any actual service provided , spare parts comparing to local market is huge difference

Today I delivered my car to Aqsa service center for routine maintenance. On the phone Kayan call center agent confirmed that Al Aqsa is an authorised service center and their system is linked to the agency like all other centers, surprisingly found out this morning that the center isn’t linked and they don’t have any visibility on the car history, the reception employee received my car and said they will perform 20k maintenance and visual check on most of the car parts and report it to me at the end of the day. They have replaced the AC filter regardless that it’s still in good condition. Also I received my car in the back street and no one explained to me what was done and the checks that was done. Very poor customer service and very poor arrangement, definitely not coming back.
