The customer service isn’t the best, and honestly, I was upset by their unprofessional responses to my messages.
I bought an item that didn’t work, but when I went back to the store, they replaced the broken part with a working one and were very helpful.

One of the best places to get your computer related items it has ton of shops that sells used and new computers equipment, you will find everything there.
I prefer asking multiple shops there before buying to find the best price.

Do not expect order. This place is a complete chaos, yet it is one of the best and most remarkable places in cairo to get your computer parts and accessories. You will need to lgo through many and many shops to get your parts or to fimd help. Some shops are literally the space of a couple of men standing, yet they may give you the service that you couldn’t find anywhere else. Mobile signal is mostly bad around this area .. Don’t hope for a good internet connection or even a stable call at times.

Ask very well before dealing with anyone since there are so many people who don’t tell you truth specially when buying used devices, also when repairing you must take care and ask twice at least before handing your device however there are some good and trustworthy people specially who print out vouchers to do anything.
There’s a floors paid parking available.
