Al Farid Real Estate Development finished our 90-square-meter apartment for 370,000 Egyptian pounds in 2019. The entire finishing was ruined within a year, there was no supervision, and their work was completely substandard. The ceramic tiles came loose and broke, the marble cracked, the Hashemite stone fell off the walls, and the bathroom faucets became clogged with plaster and cement when they installed the marble. They refused to replace everything they had damaged. May God hold them accountable for all the hard work and effort they wasted due to their lack of conscience.

I tried their interior finishing services and it was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Their engineers are inexperienced, their workers unprofessional, and they shirk their responsibilities. All they care about is getting paid; the customer is the last thing on their minds. Their customer service and follow-up are also terrible. I advise everyone against dealing with them, especially for interior finishing. They triple their prices and convince you they’ll deliver the highest quality work imaginable, which they’re completely incompetent at. They’re a bunch of engineers who barely finished high school and don’t understand anything. They’re incredibly arrogant and disregard responsibility. No one should deal with this company. You’ll throw your money away and then have to pay again to fix their awful mistakes, which they’re utterly incapable of. May God hold them accountable. God knows how hard you work for that money, and then they tell you it’s not their fault. It’s garbage finishing and a garbage company. You’ll just throw your money away.
