Honestly, I absolutely do not recommend them. They’re incredibly rude.
I had a dog whose stitches came undone at 4 AM, and no one was open. I called them and asked if they were open. They said it depended on the case; the doctor would come down. I explained the situation and the bleeding. He asked what breed the dog was, and I said Griffin. He said, “Oh,” and asked what kind of surgery it had, speaking very coldly. I told him it was spaying. He said, “Okay, but where was it done?” I told him, “Sir, what difference does it make? The dog is being neutered.” He said, “I just want to see if the person who did it knows what they’re doing.”

I told him, “Okay, our stitches are broken and the bleeding is still going on. I can explain when I get there, but I need to know if there’s a doctor available.” Midway through the sentence, he hung up on me and blocked me. I thought the line must have cut out, so I called him several times and he was busy. I even had my brother call him from his phone. As soon as he realized it was the same situation, he hung up and blocked me.

I didn’t speak to him rudely or say anything at all. I don’t know if the person who called me was a doctor or receptionist, but even if he wasn’t going to take the case, he could have just said so. What happened was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Besides, he genuinely put my dog’s life in danger because I kept trying to talk to him, not realizing he’d hung up or blocked me on purpose. Thankfully, after half an hour, I managed to find a decent place and get my dog ​​to the doctor, but others might not have made it in time. Honestly, I’ll never trust a place like that. If this is how they treat people, how will they treat vulnerable animals?

A terrible clinic! My cat was very sick. A doctor called and told us to come. We came all the way from Moharram Bey to Loran. We called, but he answered rudely and spoke to my elderly mother in a very harsh way, giving her a different address. When I went to the address on Google Maps and tried calling, it wouldn’t open. People say it doesn’t open for anyone. He refused to admit a living soul who could have died. May God hold them accountable!
