One of the best dining experiences I’ve had! The food is incredibly fresh, clean, and made with high-quality ingredients. The hospitality is exceptional as well. It made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in.
The interior is also something special. It has such a unique character unlike any other place I’ve visited.
Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had an incredible dinner. Sublime broth, fresh salad with home made pickles, delicious skewers on rice with nuts. We finished the evening with a banana cake and tea. The owner entertained us with old stories and it felt as we immersed ourselves into a different world. Highly recommend.

My friends and I had spent the day in Alexandria. Being from outside of Egypt, we wanted to try a few different Mediterranean options in the area. This restaurant was a surprise. The food, actually from Tajikistan, was wonderful! The hospitality welcoming. Omar and his team were so cordial and spent time visiting with us about his cultural and homeland. After this place, nothing else was as good.

This place is truly exceptional! A true hidden gem that, when in Alexandria, you simply must visit. The food tastes fantastic and is really fresh. The decor will give you the impression that you have moved to central Asian country, but the real highlight of the place is the people. Mr. Omar is incredibly kind and inviting, and he will do whatever it takes to ensure that you have a great day. What’s even more astounding is that they don’t take tips! After paying and leaving, a nice guy- who seemed to be Omar’s son- followed me all the way to give me back the extra money, he said this is the store rules, no tips allowed. How amazing are they? ! We are surly coming back.
