When I called their hotline, it was on hold for a very long time, and finally, the woman who answered seemed to be arguing and was very agitated, barely managing to give the information. She also said there was no information available to send via WhatsApp; we had to go in person. Her attitude was rude and provocative, as if we were begging from them.
