I’ve had my work translated before at several places, and honestly, this is one of the easiest and most convenient places to deal with.

1- You call them, and they’ll ask you to send them the documents by email. If you need them by a certain date, say in a couple of days, you’ll write to them in the email, and they’ll send you their email address, which you can use to contact them.

2- They’ll reply immediately with an email stating the price for the translation and the exact date you’ll receive it. If everything is fine, send them a confirmation email with your names in English, just like on a passport. They’ll tell you that the translations are delivered to their office in Rehab.

3- When you send them the confirmation email, they’ll send you their address and location in Rehab, along with the date and time you’ll pick them up.

4- You go to pick them up with the original documents you sent by email. The translation is done and stamped, and of course, they let you see the translated documents and check the information before stapling. If there are any errors, they correct them immediately in a minute, and you receive the documents and pay.

Honestly, they are excellent; I have no complaints.
